  • 01. GUIDANCE BUDGET

    We study the urban feasibility of your plot or advise you if you are looking for one. Depending on your needs, we calculate an approximate surface area for your home and also an indicative budget.

  • 02. PRELIMINARY PROJECT

    If you want to build your house with FMG Modular, our architects will develop a personalized preliminary project with the plans of your home. You will decide the finishes and options you want and with this we will close a final budget. The cost of this preliminary project is €500 and will be deducted from the total price of the home.

  • 03. PROJECT

    Our team of architects will develop the basic project, which will be processed at the town hall where the plot is located to request the construction license. While the license is obtained, we prepare the execution project and the manufacturing project. The price includes both the topographic survey and the geotechnical study of the land, as well as the costs of project approval and construction management.

  • 04. MANUFACTURING

    Once the municipal building license is obtained, the manufacturing process of the different modules that make up the house will begin, which will last between two and three months, depending on its surface. In parallel with the manufacturing, the foundations and connections will be carried out on the plot itself.

  • 05. INSTALLATION

    The house will leave the factory approximately 80-85% completed, the modules will be transported by land transport, with large tonnage cranes they will be placed on the foundation and will be installed on the ground in a single day. The connections, finishes and finishes will be completed on the work itself.

  • 06. WELCOME TO YOUR FMG MODULAR HOME

    Once the work is completed, a thorough inspection will be carried out with the architect to certify the certificate of occupancy. After the certificate, the keys will be handed over. It is at this moment when you will receive all the documentation for your home, so that you can proceed with the declaration of completed new construction and its registration, as well as maintenance books, guarantees, etc.
